1. Company and acceptance

PrismaCAD is developed and made available by PRISMSCAN Technologies I.K.E. (“PRISMSCAN”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PrismaCAD website and the PrismaCAD point-cloud software.

By using the website, requesting trial access, or purchasing or using PrismaCAD, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.

2. PrismaCAD and its intended use

PrismaCAD is professional desktop software for importing, inspecting, slicing, measuring, and generating high-resolution orthoprojections from point-cloud datasets. It supports E57, LAS, LAZ, and XYZ point-cloud files and can export DXF, PNG, and JPEG outputs for downstream CAD and technical drawing workflows.

PrismaCAD does not include CAD drawing or CAD editing tools. You remain responsible for checking measurements, outputs, and decisions made using the software.

3. Licences and updates

The available licence options are 1 Year — €420 and Perpetual — €890. The 1 Year licence includes use of the PrismaCAD desktop software for one year and software updates during that licence term.

The Perpetual licence permits continued use of the purchased version and includes 1 year of software updates. It does not include lifetime updates. Updates after the included period may be subject to a separate renewal or other applicable terms.

4. Intellectual property

PRISMSCAN and its licensors retain all rights in PrismaCAD, its interface, documentation, branding, and related materials. These Terms & Conditions grant a licence to use the software; they do not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

5. Website information and contact
