Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1. Who is responsible

PRISMSCAN Technologies I.K.E. (“PRISMSCAN”) operates the PrismaCAD website and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we receive

When you use the contact form or request beta access, the site receives the fields you submit. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optional message. The beta form asks for your name, email address, country, and optional company.

The site does not ask for confidential project data. Please do not send it through a website form.

3. Forms and service providers

Forms post JSON to the site’s own /api/sendEmail route. That server route validates the submission and relays the email through Marblism’s hosted endpoint at https://ai.marblism.com/api/website/sendEmail. The Marblism credential is server-side and is not sent to the browser. Beta requests are addressed to the configured PrismaCAD support destination; contact enquiries use the site’s configured contact destination.

The project is configured with Astro’s Vercel adapter for its server runtime. This describes the implementation configuration and is not a claim about any additional hosting service or processing that is not shown here.

4. Optional analytics

PostHog analytics is optional. Before a choice is made, PostHog’s vendor script is not loaded, initialized, or requested. If you select Accept, the site records that choice in the browser’s localStorage and then initializes PostHog when the site’s PostHog key is configured. If you select Reject, the rejection is stored and PostHog remains disabled. Cookie Settings in the footer lets you change or withdraw that choice later.

The site configures PostHog through its runtime environment, including an optional PostHog host. The PostHog SDK may use its own browser storage after analytics has been accepted. This site does not claim specific vendor cookie names or retention periods that are not defined by the implementation.

5. Paddle and future purchases

Paddle is referenced in the site’s future purchase and refund information, but the current website has no Paddle checkout, Paddle SDK, or implemented purchase flow. No Paddle request is made by the current site.

6. Use, sharing, and requests

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, provide trial information, communicate about PrismaCAD, and operate the website. We do not sell submitted information. Information may be handled by the service providers described above only as needed for the functions they provide.

We do not state a fixed retention period here because the current site implementation does not configure one. We keep information only as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law, through the Contact page.

See the Cookie Policy for the browser storage used by the consent flow.
